Long regarded in the Orient as a health beverage, tea is now medically accepted as having natural properties (polyphenols which process antioxidants) beneficial to health. A cup of tea generally has only one-third the caffeine content of a typical cup of coffee.

Connoisseurs of tea will readily recognise its quality, fresh flavour and distinctive aroma, which is often enhanced by attractive packaging in heat-sealed foil and cellophane wrapped wooden boxes.Elmstock premium quality tea is sold by speciality gourmet shops and served by quality restaurants and cafes. It is generally not available in supermarkets.
The process of packaging tea is important as tea that is old or not properly packaged loses its flavour and aroma. Elmstock Premium Quality Tea is fresher than most tea brands because it is packed and exported in sealed aluminium foil pouches soon after blending. Most Elmstock Premium Quality Teas are packed in attractive wooden boxes made from plantation timber.
